National study on violence against children in Jordan

This national study examines the prevalence and forms of violence against children in Jordan, drawing on the UNICEF definition of violence against children, aligned with the Convention on the Rights of the Child — physical or mental violence, injury or abuse, neglect, maltreatment or exploitation, including sexual abuse. It presents key findings across five categories: physical violence, psychological violence, neglect, sexual violence, and online violence (cyberbullying), and assesses children's knowledge of reporting channels and supporting programmes. The report closes with recommendations for prevention and response.
